Having worked for Dunder Mifflin as the longest tenured employee and Regional Manager for over a decade, Michael felt his consistent hard work and dedication wasn't being noticed. Erupting in a motivational speech, bellowing from the building, he gathered up a team of Pam Beesly and himself to emabrk upon the journey of starting the Michael Scott Paper Company.  Michael is now successfully running Dunder Mifflin out of business, and is not in any type of debt whatsoever.
